Dear friends!
We haven’t been publishing a lot in the recent time — and that wasn’t by accident. Over the past months, we were fully focused on optimizing the system, and the end of the year feels like the perfect moment to come back with updates, sum up the year, and share our plans for the next one.
This year’s focus — internal system rework
Throughout the past year, we concentrated on internal improvements to the service. Our goal was to lay a solid foundation for future features while optimizing existing functionality at the same time. Some modules were partially or fully redesigned. Many of these changes aren’t immediately visible, but they make the system faster, more stable, and more comfortable to use.
Updated planning and time tracking modules
We’ve completely reimplemented the modules “Plans” and “Time tracking”.
They will be rolled out to all users very soon. Planning tasks and logging time will become easier and faster, while the interface will be more responsive and predictable.
Dashboard
This year we launched the Dashboard module.
At the moment, it includes three widgets: “Current plans”, “Time spent on big goals”, “Due tasks” — and this is just the beginning. We’ll continue developing this section and expect it to help you stay on top of your work and make timely decisions.
Telegram bot and integration
We’ve created a Telegram bot and set up integration with it from the Biario settings.
Right now, it allows you to quickly create notes in your Inbox directly from the messenger. In the future, we plan to add:
- short summaries of your tasks,
- user support,
- news and useful content updates.
About service availability
Since autumn, servers of our provider — along with many other services — have been partially blocked in Russia. At the same time, the system itself continues to operate as usual. We hope our users will be able to find a convenient way to maintain access to the service.
What’s next
This is not the full list of changes. We have many more improvements and updates planned, which we’ll share later — let them remain a pleasant and useful surprise for now.
The end of the year is a good time to look back, reflect on your personal results, and set directions for the year ahead. You can already use our system to do this: gather your outcomes from the reports, review your workload, identify what matters most, and calmly plan your next steps.
