New Telegram bot features:
- View your current plans across all planning horizons, similar to the Overview module (command /plans).
- View your list of due tasks, similar to the Overview module (command /due_tasks).

The Plans and Time Tracking modules have been completely redesigned:
- Improved performance and responsiveness.
- Enhanced visual design and data presentation.
- Added automatic positioning of the task list and calendar for more convenient planning.
- Added task search within the planning task list.
- Expanded time entry management capabilities: properties can now be edited and entries deleted directly from the entry details window.

Notification storage has been optimized:
- Notifications are no longer generated for users who have not logged in for more than one month.
- Obsolete notifications are now removed automatically:
- unread notifications older than 90 days;
- read notifications older than 30 days.
Fixed:
- Corrected goal progress calculations.
- Fixed issues in the “Inbox Dynamics” report.
- Fixed the display of recurring tasks in the Overview module.
